Ice Fishing

Ice fishing season is here in the Adirondacks. The conditions will vary greatly depending on location. Some early reports are: Lake Champlain has decent ice on King's Bay in Chazy and around Rouse's Point. Fishermen were out in Port Henry last week before the ice deteriorated from the wind and warm temps.

Most smaller ponds in the higher elevations are in good shape. Of course you should always check the ice conditions before heading out.

More reports to follow as they come in..........

Our shop has live bait for the ice season ...fathead minnows, big pike bait, spikes etc. http://www.adirondackoutdoor.com/fishing.htm
